Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Aether account and any synced data at any time. Your on-device wallet is separate — see the note below.

From inside the app

1. Open Aether and go to Settings.
2. Open your Profile, then choose Delete account.
3. Confirm when prompted. Your account and synced convenience data are permanently removed.

What gets removed

Deleting your account removes the optional convenience data synced to it — saved contacts, watchlist, remembered app connections, and preferences — along with any support messages. Your wallet itself (keys and funds) lives only on your device and on the public networks; to remove the on-device wallet, use Settings to reset the app or delete the app from your device. Make sure you have your recovery phrase first, as this cannot be undone.

Can't reach the app?

If you can't open the app, email support@aetherwallet.app from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you.
