Terms of Service
Effective 2026-07-01
By using Aether (the “App”), you agree to these Terms.
Non-custodial service
Aether is a self-custody wallet. You alone control your recovery phrase and private keys, which are stored only on your device. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds or keys, and we cannot reverse, cancel, or recover transactions on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase. You are responsible for verifying recipient addresses and transaction details before confirming, and for any taxes arising from your use of the App.
No financial advice
The App provides tools and information but does not offer investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Digital assets are volatile and you may lose value. You use the App at your own risk.
Third-party services
The App integrates third-party networks and services. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
Fees
Network fees are set by the relevant network, not by us. Optional paid features are billed through your app store and governed by that store's terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful activity or to violate any applicable law or regulation.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of funds, data, or profits arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
