Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Cipher account and its server-side data at any time.

From inside the app

1. Open Cipher and go to Account.
2. Choose Delete account. You can export a copy of your data first from the same screen.
3. Confirm when prompted to permanently remove your server-side data.

What gets removed

Deletion permanently removes your server-side data — your account email, display name, synced stats, and any support messages. On-device gameplay and settings for offline play are separate and are removed by deleting the app from your device. This cannot be undone.

Can't reach the app?

If you can't open the app, email support@cipher.app from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you.
