Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Predikt account and its server-side data at any time. One thing can't be deleted by anyone: activity already written to a public blockchain — see the note below.

From inside the app

1. Open Predikt and go to Settings.
2. Open Account, then choose Delete account.
3. Confirm when prompted. Your account and its server-side data are permanently removed.

What gets removed

Deleting your account permanently removes your server-side data — your email, display name, play-money activity (markets, forecasts, comments, follows, balance, reputation), any linked wallet address on your profile, and your support messages. Your on-chain trades, balances, and settlements are recorded on a public blockchain and are permanent — no one, including us, can delete them; withdraw or move any USDC from your wallet before deleting if you wish. Any identity data collected by a third-party verification or on-ramp provider is held by that provider under its own policy; contact them to exercise deletion rights there. This action cannot be undone.

Can't reach the app?

If you can't open the app, email support@REPLACE-WITH-YOUR-DOMAIN.example from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you.
