Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Vertex account and all of its data at any time.

From inside the app

1. Open Vertex and go to Settings.
2. Open Account → Data.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm. You can also export your data first from the same screen.

What gets removed

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, scores, support tickets, and synced settings from our backend. On-device progress for offline play is separate and is removed by deleting the app from your device. This cannot be undone.

Can't reach the app?

If you can't open the app, email support@vertexgame.app from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you.
