By downloading or playing Vertex you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

You are responsible for activity under any account you create and for keeping your credentials secure.

You agree not to cheat, exploit, or attempt to manipulate leaderboards or other players' experience.

Optional purchases and subscriptions are processed by your app store under its terms. Refunds are handled by the store, not by us.

Virtual items such as coins have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Vertex is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
