Delete your account & data

You can deactivate and erase your Huddle account at any time. This is irreversible.

From inside the app

1. Open Huddle and go to Settings.
2. Open Account, then choose Deactivate & erase account.
3. Confirm when prompted. Deactivation is processed by the space you're connected to.

What gets removed

Deactivation removes your account and, where supported by the space you connect to, erases your message content. Because your data lives on the space you chose, the operator of that space processes the deletion. Locally cached drafts and scheduled messages on your device are cleared when you sign out or clear data from Settings → Data & storage. This action is irreversible.

Can't reach the app?

If you can't open the app, email support@huddle.app from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you.
