Frequently asked questions

How do I create a space?

Tap the + in the workspace rail (or Browse) and choose “Create a space”. Add channels to it from the space settings.

I'm not receiving notifications

Check Settings → Notifications and make sure “All notifications” is on. Per-channel muting is set from each channel's details.

How do I make someone an admin?

Open the channel or space, go to Roles, and change their role. Roles map to permission levels.

I forgot my password

Sign out and use “Forgot password” on the login screen, if your space supports email-based reset.

How do I block someone?

Open their profile and choose Block. Their content is hidden from you. Channel moderators can also remove or hide content per each channel's rules.
